• 3-5 years of experience in maritime litigation or related practice area with law firm or marine insurance company.
• Familiarity with maritime contracts, marine casualties, cargo disputes, and regulatory matters.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage cases and interact with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In accordance with the New York State Pay Transparency Law, New York City Human Rights Law, the Colorado Equal Pay Act, and the California Pay Transparency Law, the pay range for this position in New York State, New York City, Colorado, and California is $165,000 – $188,000max/yr. This range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. An individual’s actual compensation will depend on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
