Jason Barlow will discuss the potential impacts of the proposed fines targeting Chinese built and Chinese-operated ships calling at U.S. ports, and Deb Waters and Mark Newcomb will lead a discussion regarding the Rotterdam Rules in follow up to our discussion last fall.
