Stevedores, Marine Terminals, and Vessel Services Committee

Hello everyone.

Our Committee Meeting will take place on Thursday May 1, 2025 from 10:45 am to 12:15 pm at Blank Rome. (1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY). The agenda for the meeting is attached. Jason Barlow will discuss the potential impacts of the proposed fines targeting Chinese built and Chines operated ships calling at U.S. ports, and Deb Waters and Mark Newcomb will lead a discussion regarding the Rotterdam Rules in follow up to our discussion last fall.
