November 3 – November 6, 2021
CLE Update 10/29/21:
Committee CLE presentations are approved for in-person attendance credit in Alabama, California*, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Missouri, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, and Texas. Approval is pending in Maine, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington (state).
*The MLA is an approved CLE provider in an Approved jurisdiction. A California attorney can claim California MCLE credit for education activities attended/taken outside California, provided that: the attorney is outside California when attending/taking the activity; the activity is the type of activity that can be approved for California MCLE credit; the activity is approved by an Approved Jurisdiction.
Attendance Verification Procedure:
Due to the hybrid nature of the fall meeting, attendance verification will be different for in-person attendees and online attendees.
All in-person attendees will be asked to complete an MLA Attendance Sheet (i.e., sign-in/sign-out sheet). The Committee Chair will collect the sheets at the conclusion of the meeting.
Please note the code words announced during the presentations, and then complete the online attendance verification.
Regardless of whether your attendance was in-person or online, we would appreciate your completion of an online Evaluation Survey.
