Nicholas J. Healy Lecture

The New York University School of Law Office of Development and Alumni Relations invites you to attend the 13th Nicholas J. Healy Lecture on Admiralty Law on Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. This year’s lecture, titled “Comity and Uniformity in Maritime Law,” will be held in Vanderbilt Hall, located at, 40 Washington Square South. Moderated by the Honorable Robert Katzmann, chief judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the lecture will also feature the Honorable James Leslie Bain Allsop, chief justice of the Federal Court of Australia, and the Honorable Johanne Gauthier, judge for the Canadian Federal Court of Appeal.  This year’s Healy Lecture is being held in conjunction with the Joint Meeting of the United States Maritime Law Association and the Comite Maritime International and is one of the featured events of the Joint Meeting.  A reception will immediately follow the lecture.

One CLE credit will be available. This CLE credit is appropriate for newly admitted and experienced US attorneys.
