MLA MARINE INSURANCE & GENERAL AVERAGE COMMITTEE: Updated Agendas & Panel Materials

Dear Committee Members,

The meeting of the Marine Insurance & General Average Committee is tomorrow at Suffolk Law School at 3:30 (EDT) and will be also available via Zoom.  The meeting will include a CLE panel discussion on mega-container vessels and the application of the ancient maritime remedy of General Average in modern times.  Materials for the panel discussion, as well as updated agendas, are now available at the MLA website.
