Instructions for Obtaining Continuing Legal Education Credit

Please note that the MLA is an accredited provider of New York CLE credit and Certificates of Attendance will be issued by our CLE Committee. In our experience, members have generally been able to obtain CLE credit in other jurisdictions by contacting their local bar association and submitting copies of their New York certificate, timed agenda, and written materials.

  1. Please download and save the New York Attorney Affirmation prior to beginning your video presentation so that you can note on the form the required CLE code or codes provided during the presentation.
  2. At the conclusion of your video, please download and complete a copy of the MLA’s Evaluation Survey.
  3. When the presentation is finished, please complete all information requested in the Attorney Affirmation and send the completed copy of the Attorney Affirmation to the following email addresses (please copy and paste):

We would also appreciate your submission of the completed MLA Evaluation Survey via the above email.
