Guidelines – Awarding Attorneys Fees 1998

Over the holiday season, LeRoy Lambert advised of the passing of Pat Martin. Among other accomplishments in his shipping career, Pat served as chair of the MLA Arbitration Committee. Enclosed is a copy of a 1998 report of the MLA / SMA Liaison Committee from 1998 with Proposed Guidelines for the Awarding of Attorneys’ Fees in Maritime Arbitrations with Pat’s note as Chair.
