Greetings Salvage Committee Members,

The Salvage Committee will hold its Fall 2024 meeting on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (CST) at the offices of Galloway, Johnson, Tompkins, Burr & Smith, located at 701 Poydras Street, Suite 4000, New Orleans, LA.

A virtual attendance option will be available, with details to follow.

Please join us in welcoming Admiral Shannon Gilreath, U.S. Coast Guard, who will provide a presentation on the response to the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse. Admiral Gilreath, currently serving as the Assistant Commandant for Capability, was the Commander of the Fifth Coast Guard District when the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed into the Patapsco River on March 26, 2024. He will provide an overview of the collapse, detail the response efforts, and share key lessons learned from the event.
