Notice of CLE Opportunity-Practice and Procedure Committee Wed. April 29

Dear YLC Members:

The Practice and Procedure Committee meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2015, will include a one hour CLE presentation entitled “Real World Challenges–A Practical Guide to Maritime Arrest, Attachment and Judicial Sales.”  Details concerning the CLE are attached.  Please arrive by 10 am if you plan to attend.
