Comments Requested – Upcoming Meeting of BIMCO Documentary Committee – May 2019

Past President Liz Burrell, who has been the MLA’s voice in BIMCO, has suggested that the Carriage of Goods Committee may wish to review and comment on items to be discussed during the BIMCO Documentary Committee meeting on May 14, 2019.  Please see the attached agenda.  In particular, on the items for adoption, the sanctions clauses for charter parties, and on the items for review, the GENCON and ASBAGASVOY/LPGVOY charters.  If anyone has any comments, please let Dennis Cammarano know ([email protected]).
