Good afternoon, Our Oceans Committee Members:

I apologize to those who are receiving a second email this afternoon, but I understand some of you have not been receiving email notifications of the uploading of MLA documents, etc., presumably because your email preferences on the MLA website are set to not receive emails.

While we hope to see you in person on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. EDT at Kennedys Law LLP, 570 Lexington Avenue for our joint meeting with the In-House Counsel Committee and the Marine Insurance & General Average Committee, the meeting will allow for virtual attendance. Please note that we will be recording this meeting in anticipation of uploading it to the MLA’s online CLE library.
