Call for YLC Volunteers –

Your assistance is needed in preparing the MLA’s response to two CMI questionnaires–one on US ship financing security practices, and the other on vessel nomenclature (i.e., the definition of “vessel”).

The committees that will be involved in the ship financing security practices will be Marine Financing, Maritime Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Practice and Procedures. On vessel nomenclature, we’re looking for extensive committee participation—Marine Financing, Maritime Bankruptcy and Insolvency, Practice and Procedures, Offshore Services and Insurance.
