Activity

The Stevedores, Marine Terminals, and Vessel Services Committee will meet on Thursday, October 19, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon at The Silverado Resort in Napa, California. We are in the process of preparing the Agenda for the meeting, and I plan to have it finalized and circulated to the Committee by Friday of this week. While the Officers have identified several topics and recent relevant cases to discuss at the upcoming meeting, I would like to solicit any further suggestions from the Committee as to possible topics or relevant cases that might be worthy of discussion at our meeting. If you have such an idea, please send me an email to [email protected] by or before Friday, September 22 at 12 noon EDT so that the other Officers and I can consider the suggested topic and/or case and can then finalize and circulate the Agenda.
