Dear Stevedores Committee Members-

Attached please find Announcements pertaining to the FMC’s Interpretive Rule and Demurrage and Detention and the deadline for public comments in response thereto by October 17, 2019, and pertaining to the U.S. State Department’s ACPIL teleconference that is scheduled for October 16, 2019, 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT and will discuss, among other topics, whether or not ratification of the Rotterdam Rules would benefit the U.S. and/or U.S. interests.
