CLE MATERIALS AND ZOOM INFORMATION: STEVEDORES, MARINE TERMINALS AND VESSEL SERVICES COMMITTEE

Committee Mates,  Attached are the CLE materials for our committee’s meeting and CLE this Thursday, May 4, 2023 beginning at 10:30.  Jason Barlow and Brian McEwing planned a program about Offshore Wind installation as it relates to lawyers(think contract, risk, and humpback whales)  that will be informative and interesting, so I hope you get to attend, if not in person then by Zoom.

Also attached are instructions I have gathered from various emails and sources of information that I think you need to know about if you are going to participate virtually, plus there is information about filing evaluations that everyone should know about.

Remember to sign in as soon as you arrive; Please fill out evaluations before you go.  By the way, there is another committee coming in immediately behind us at noon so we must hustle out of the room Blank Rome has so graciously provided  the MLA.  We hope to have a smooth, low anxiety transition.
