CMI – General Average Questionnaire

Dear All-  Attached to this post is a short CMI questionnaire on GA Security based on the CMI’s desire to revise the 2016 Guidelines to General Average. I commend each member to review and respond to Joen Groninger , with copy to the Carriage of Goods Committee. Importantly, this is an opportunity for cargo and carrier interests to provide their input on suggested wording for GA security going forward (See question 2). Early review and reply are requested, noting responses after March 6, 2020 will also be fully considered.
