CMI Questionnaire

Good Morning Members,

Attached please find a questionnaire we received from the CMI concerning vessel arrests. We would like to approach this by recruiting a member who may have had a recent case involving a wrongful arrest and is interested in tackling this questionnaire. We are also wondering if any member has recent data on the number of vessel arrests nationwide on an annual basis.
