Legal Report to North Atlantic Ports Association

My colleague and Former Chairperson to the MLA Stevedores Committee, JoAnne Zawitoski, provided a legal report at the North Atlantic Ports Association meeting in Alexandria, Virginia at the end of last year.  The topics covered in that report included many topics that we have discussed recently at MLA Stevedores Committee meetings, so I thought it was worthwhile to share JoAnne’s report with the members of this Committee to provide a more recent update on those relevant topics.
