Attached please the Notice of Meeting and Preliminary Agenda for our Spring 2023 meeting, to be held in person on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, from 1015 to 1145 hrs EST at Holland & Knight, 31 West 52nd Street, New York, New York 10019.

We anticipate offering a remote attendance option via Zoom.  I’ll advise the Zoom info and hopefully info on guest speaker(s) closer to the meeting date.
