MLA Arbitration Committee Handout from May 3 Meeting

For those committee members not in attendance or who did not receive a copy, our new Chair Peter Skoufalos prepared a handy primer on Section 1782 petitions used to obtain documents domestically in aid of foreign proceedings.  Courts are becoming more comfortable with allowing the practice in aid of foreign arbitration making it particularly relevant to our committee.  A copy is annexed.
