This program is eligible for CLE credit in NY and PA and will cover the following topics: Deep Seabed Mining (including discussion of whether the MLA should support an initiative to promote US ratification of UNCLOS), Container Shipping Issues, Submarine Cable Security, SASH at the IMO and ILO, CMI Update, and Update on the MLA’s contribution to the digest of US courts’ interpretations of international conventions.
