MLA MARINE INSURANCE & GENERAL AVERAGE COMMITTEE: Agenda (with Zoom link) for Spring 2022 Posted

The Marine Insurance and General Average Committee’s updated agenda for the MLA Spring 2022 meeting — with a link for virtual attendees — is now available on the MLA’s website. The meeting is next week, on Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00 p.m. It will be held at Wall Street Plaza, 88 Pine Street, Lower Lever, New York, New York (please note this location change).

Our keynote speaker is Frank Jordan, Esq., who will present on Covid-19’s impact on maritime trade and marine insurance policies. Kevin Albertson, Esq. and Guillermo Cancio, Esq. will present a caselaw update. CLE is available.
