MLA MARINE INSURANCE & GENERAL AVERAGE COMMITTEE: Preliminary Agenda for Spring 2022 Posted

Dear Committee Members,

The Marine Insurance and General Average Committee’s preliminary agenda for the upcoming MLA Spring 2022 meeting in New York is now available on the MLA’s website.  The meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 4th at 2:00 p.m.  It will include a presentation on Covid-19’s impact on maritime trade and marine insurance policies by Frank Jordan, Esq. and an update on recent developments in maritime insurance cases by our Newsletter Subcommittee.  Both presentations are expected to afford CLE.
