MLA Uniformity of Law Fall Meeting Agenda

For those of you who plan to attend the MLA fall meeting, please consider attending the Uniformity of Law committee’s presentation on October 27 at 4:00. An agenda for the meeting is attached.

Please note that the presentation will not include CLE credit and will not be offered via Zoom. We plan to have a presentation, by Jeanne Noonan, summarizing recent limitation of liability cases, followed by a general meeting to discuss committee projects.
