Dear All,

Further to my email yesterday, we are providing herewith the in-person and Zoom Attendance and Evaluation Survey Forms, for our November 4th Meeting in Boston. You are, of course, required to fill out and submit the appropriate Attendance Form to receive CLE credit for the meeting’s presentations. The Evaluation Forms is also very important to ensure that the MLA continues to provide CLE that is useful and interesting to its Members. Copies of the in-person Attendance Form and the Evaluation Survey Form will be available at the meeting, and further instructions will be provided then.
