Dear Colleagues,

I hope you, your families and colleagues are faring as well as can be in these challenging times.

As you know, the MLA’s leadership has canceled all activities that had been scheduled for the Association’s annual Spring meeting in New York for late April/early May. However, because the work of the individual committees is viewed as essential to the Association’s mission, a decision has been made to go forward with Committee meetings remotely.

Towards this end, the Arbitration/ADR Committee has organized a call-in meeting for April 29, 2020 at 12 PM NY EDT. The meeting agenda will be posted shortly and you will note that the topics should be of real interest to our committee members. We are grateful to all those who have agreed to make presentations. Copies of any written material will be distributed prior to the call-in meeting.
