Fisheries Committee Meeting Agenda

Greetings.

The Fisheries Committee will meet in a joint session with ADR/Arbitration in San Diego on Friday, October 28, 2022, in the Story Room of the Del Coronado.  An agenda is attached.  As you can see, Brian McEwing, Esq., of Reeves McEwing, LLC, Philadelphia, will give a presentation on the Enforceability of Pre-injury Arbitration Clauses in Seaman Employment Contracts.  I understand that this will include discussion of some recent decisions involving fishing agreements.
