I must correct my prior message, in which I forwarded a second request for comment regarding Member Dave MALOOF’s proposed statutory fix of COGSA.

Please forward any comments to me on or before January 26 (rather than January 6).

Having been advised that several of you did not receive my October message, I also attach Dave MALOOF’s proposal, as well as his supporting letter regarding same.
