Information for Spring 2021 meeting of the Uniformity Committee

The Spring Meeting of the Uniformity Committee will be held on Monday morning, May 3, on Zoom at 11:00 EDT (10:00 CDT/8:00 PDT).  The agenda is attached.  As you can see, we will have a one-hour CLE program.  The two papers and information about the speakers are also attached.

New York and Pennsylvania CLE credit will be offered.  The MLA is seeking CLE approval from several other jurisdictions and will advise the membership of the jurisdictions that ultimately approve the Spring Meeting presentations.
