ARBITRATION/ADR COMMITTEE Survey on Sec. 5 of SMA Code of Ethics

Dear Colleagues,

Several weeks ago, I asked committee members to provide their comments/insights to the proposed amendment of Section 5 of the Code of Ethics of the Society of Maritime Arbitrators.  A memo describing the issue is attached with this message.  We would be grateful for any input you could provide so we can report back with the broadest consensus of the maritime bar. We hope to have all responses compiled no later than this coming week.
