Good evening, Our Oceans Committee Members:

I hope you are planning to join us at the MLA Spring Meeting in NYC next week. The Our Oceans Committee will be meeting jointly with the In-House Counsel Committee and the Marine Insurance & General Average Committee on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. EDT at Kennedys Law LLP, 570 Lexington Avenue.

Attached is the joint meeting agenda, which includes a presentation on Underwriting Considerations for the Carbon Transition of Vessel Operations, a CLE presentation on Navigating the Hazards of War and SR&CC Insurance, and presentations on P&I Excess War and Fixed Premium War Risk Covers, and Dealing with the Scenarios of Co-Assurance Under P&I Entries.
